Sorted through all plates and freezer and bead cleaned plate C

Bead Cleaning and Organizing

  1. Performed 1X bead clean on 500ng dilution plate C that had been sitting in freezer. This plate was aliquotted on 8/26/2021

  2. Did 1.5X post digest clean on the rest of plate B, remember row A of plate B was removed for testing. DID NOT LEAVE BEADS IN

  3. Made new conical of Tris HCL 500ul Tris 49.5ml nuclease free water.
