Plate A Plate Reads - Pre-Dilution

Date Performed: November 14th, 2021

1. Printed plate setup
2. Thawed samples
3. Aliquotted out 3ul of each sample into strip tubes to easily add to black plate reader plate
4. Master Mix: 37 samples + 18 standards + 5 error = 60 preps (12000ul buffer, 120ul enhancer, 120ul dye)
5. Used 2 reps of each standard
6. Followed plate reader protocol, but added 8ul TE buffer to each sample well
