Plate B 100ng DNA aliquot for adapter ligation, 1.5X bead clean plate C, moving plate A samples

Plate B Aliquot, Plate C 1.5X bead clean, plate A transfer to new plate

Dates Performed: November 9th and 11th, 2021

  1. Aliquotted samples from Plate B for adapter ligation following plate layout below Plate A

  2. Plate C 1.5X bead clean post digest. Used new beads as I did not leave beads in for digestion.
    Row G had extra fluid ins some wells after moving 33ul to new plate post clean. I checked Row G in the plate the samples were transferred TO and they were the correct volume. Not sure where this extra fluid came from.

  3. Moved 30ul of sample from each well in plate A into new plate because the old plate was dirty with beads.
